Work It Til It's Ruined

About Work It Til It's Ruined

The motto that David Heustess carries with him from his fiber arts training is "work it until it's ruined and then make paper out of it!" While he has never quite reached the point of making paper from an art project, he is currently working on a series and would love to share the different processes and techniques incorporated and explored along along the way - eco printing, dye and discharge techniques, shibori and indigo, staining, embroidery and mounting the work for exhibits. It's a buffet of fiber techniques in one class!

The capacity for this class is 50 students.
