After a long career teaching writing to people of all ages, backgrounds, and interests, I have settled in Lexington, NC, to write and live. I'm originally from the DC metro area. My first dance training was breakdance. I battled and worked with Hip Hop styles until 2010 in Orlando, Florida. I received college dance education and training in Ballet and modern dance techniques, eventually receiving an MFA in Dance Performance and Choreography from Florida State University in 2016.
