Shereen Cheong is a New York-based Malaysian pianist, composer, arranger and producer who developed a sense of music from a tender age of three. Pursuant to her classical training, she studied jazz piano with Malaysia’s jazz veteran, Michael Veerapen. At the age of 16, she was on the Sparks of Broadway Tour as a pianist with Farah Sulaiman & Friends in Malaysia.

For over 33 years as a musician and 29 years as an educator for all grade levels and teachers alike, I have the experience of learning from my previous students and applying more efficient techniques to current and future ones.
