Hello and welcome to Lessonface! My name is Mark Peters and I have been playing piano nearly all of my life. My major experience is with classical piano, but over the course of my Doctoral work in West Virginia, I have also grown a passion for jazz piano as well.

I have been teaching music privately for almost 20 years and have taught students from the age 4 to 70. I earned my degree from Aichi University of the Arts.I specialized in music composition and jazz piano performance. After graduating, I taught composition, solfege, and music theory at the Nagoya University of the Arts for about five years.

A classically trained pianist and vocalist, Isabella is passionate about education. Originally from Brazil and with a background in engineering and business, she approaches teaching from a problem-solving perspective and recognizes that each student learns differently. She's always looking for the best ways to help students achieve their goals.

My background and formal education is in classical music, and I play contemporary styles like Pop, R&B, Gospel and Jazz. I have more than 25 years experience as a private piano teacher, performer and composer. I enjoy teaching students on all levels from beginners to advanced, age 12 to seniors.

Keith Phillips, BBA, MTNA, is an award-winning classically trained pianist taught by concert pianists Ernestine Smith, Marilyn Neely, Dr. John Roberts, and Gellert Modos. He trained under music scholarship with Dr. Roberts in piano performance at Furman University.

I am a qualified and experienced jazz, classical and contemporary piano teacher with over 18 years of teaching experience. At the age of 17, I completed my grade 8 classical piano cum laude and grade 6 theory of music from UNISA. I was subsequently invited to participate in the UNISA Music Scholarship Competition.
