Philipp Petkov was born in Baranovichi, Belarus and began piano studies at the age of six. In 1996, he entered the National School of Arts “Veselin Stoyanov” in Rousse, Bulgaria, where he studied solfege, theory, harmony, and piano with Veselinka Ivanova and Daniela Kjurkchieva.

I am a classically trained piano teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Classical Piano and a Master’s degree in Music Pedagogy from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU), completed in 2017. Since 2017, I have been teaching piano at the Music School of Cham (Switzerland), working primarily with children and teenagers, as well as adult beginners.

I have been a musician since I was 6 years old - I learned "She Loves You" by The Beatles and have never stopped playing. After playing in rock bands throughout high school and taking time off from college to tour the Midwest, I decided to enroll in DePaul University's Music School to focus on composition.

I am a pianist, arranger and music teacher with over 25 years of experience teaching piano, guitar and music theory. My journey in music education began at the age of 21, at the Marist Center, an NGO where I had the privilege of teaching music to children between the ages of 7 and 14.

Ben Shanblatt is a guitarist, composer, and educator based in NYC. He has served as a sideman, session musician, touring guitarist, and bandleader in virtually all styles of contemporary music. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me! I had an interest in education at a young age. After heart surgery left me unable to participate in sports or recess in the fifth grade, I became a teacher’s assistant, and my love for teaching began to blossom. In the sixth grade, I began playing the viola. I went on to become viola section leader in high school.

Success, I have been talented enough to know the meaning. It feels really good to know you did your best and it worked. In front of thousands of people, I know what it means to reach a higher level of performance. In the studio, I've dug deeper to create a captivating product. I've created tools to eliminate writer's block. I'm a guitarist, keyboardist, producer and creative.
