As a professional classically-trained violinist with over 20 years of playing experience, I frequently play violin and viola in music theater and orchestra performances in the Spokane, WA / Coeur d'Alene, ID area. Most recently I performed in Waymaker Arts' new musical "Pride v. Prejudice" (performed at a church in Post Falls, ID, Jul.-Aug.

Heather received her Bachelor of Music in Viola Performance from Valparaiso University and her master’s degree in Viola Performance from The Hartt School of Music. She is a registered Suzuki Violin teacher and has completed training courses with Edward Kreitman, Nancy Jackson, Doris Preucil, and Teri Einfeldt.

Suzuki student turned parent and teacher. My passion is in helping young children to develop a love for music and to develop life skills by learning to play violin. I started violin at the age of 3 and continued into college, completing all 10 Suzuki violin books and participating in orchestras and chamber groups along the way.
