Sheena O'Shea is an Army Veteran turned fiber artist after the first stab into wool. Sheena has been a long time lover of Art, graduating from UNC - Pembroke with a Bachelors in Studio Art, with a concentration in digital art. Sheena's mother in law introduced her to needle felting in 2023 and soon after they decided to partner up and start selling their work.

Crystal Lawrence has been knitting since her Grannie taught her when she was 11. She has always been fascinated by the next challenge around the corner and when her friend and owner of a LYS offered to sell her a knitting machine 12 years ago she was hooked. Almost everything she has learned for MK has come from experimentation, hand knitting know-how, and vintage books.

Henry has been building fiber art equipment for over 50 years and enjoys sharing his knowledge of both equipment and fiber. The family business he started in 1971 has introduced many innovations to the fiber arts community and their equipment is known for being not only thoughtfully engineered but visually pleasing and durable as well.

My focus on designing weaves with the tools of our time—computers—started in the 1980s. Author of 4 books; presenter of courses both in person, online, and virtually (Zoom); but always at heart a weaver and designer.

Deborah Robson is a fiber generalist who specializes in spinning, knitting, and weaving, although she experiments with all aspects of textiles. She is the fiber author of The Fleece and Fiber Sourcebook and of The Field Guide to Fleece, in collaboration with livestock expert Carol Ekarius. For fourteen years she worked at Interweave Press, editing both books and Spin-Off magazine.

Laura Lineman is obsessed with knitting and spinning. She is a developmental editor for the Ply Spinners Guild and Purl Magazine. Emolyn learned to knit at a young age without patterns which led her to also spin and dye yarn and wool. She has developed a line of handknits and yarns, and designs knitwear inspired by the yarn. She manages her business, The Roving Knitter, teaches people of all ages to knit and shows her work at craft shows and exhibits.

Chris Aslan was born in Turkey and was raised there and in war-torn Beirut. After school, he spent two years at sea, and then lived in Central Asia for 15 years. First, was Khiva, a desert oasis in Uzbekistan, where Chris established a UNESCO workshop reviving fifteenth century carpet designs and embroideries, and becoming the largest non-government employer in town.
