Tory Horner is a fiddler based in Cambridge, MA. She started consistently playing for dances in the Asheville music scene in 2023 and has since started a contra dance band in New England called Here on the Hill. A graduate of Vassar College with a music degree focused on violin performance.

Music has always been a big part of my life, starting with classical piano, which I began at age 8, taking private lessons from a professor at the University of Tennessee. Later on, in my teens, my interests shifted to strings and traditional Appalachian and Celtic music.

Tom Krumm is a performer, teacher, composer and arranger who specializes in versatility. Growing up with classical training while being immersed in the world of traditional music, Tom has developed a knack and a passion for learning the intricacies of different styles of music.

Jason is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma School of Music (BMA) and the University of California, Santa Barbara (MA), where he is currently a PhD candidate in ethnomusicology. I love helping others learn. In my private studio setting, I have taught music to children K-12 and adults for three decades, everyone ages 4 to 84, literally. I have performed with countless classical ensembles over a 50-year time frame. For the last 40 I have played with jazz, contemporary, and folk ensembles as well.

Hi I'm Daniel and I've been teaching the violin with passion and dedication since 2010. I've probably taught over a hundred of students of all ages, levels and walks of life, from very beginners and children to aspiring professionals and mature enthusiasts — I really enjoy working and interacting with everybody.

Studied music at UW-Stevens Point (Suzuki and classically trained), Lehi Gertz is a fiddler in several bands in MN specializing in Country, Folk, Bluegrass and Old Time fiddling styles. Lehi currently teaches orchestra to beginner as well as intermediate students and has been teaching piano and violin for over 18 years.
