I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Trombone Performance with a concentration in Jazz Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

John Gray has been teaching since 2011, privately and in public and private schools throughout the New York Tri-state area and online. I am a jazz pianist, improviser, and educator with over 30 years of teaching experience. I have taught more than 3,000 students, ranging from beginners to professional musicians. I am a graduate of Berklee College of Music and have performed and worked in New York, where I gained practical experience in jazz performance and improvisation.

I'm a certified music teacher in my 18th year of teaching, and have taught band, jazz band, choir, jazz choir, music composition, group piano, as well as many private voice and piano lessons throughout the years. At age 5, I started intensively studying classical piano, and with determination and hard work, won many local and national piano competitions.

Music is more than an art form to me—it's a universal language that allows us to express thoughts, emotions, and experiences in ways that words often cannot. I believe music helps people connect with their most authentic selves, fostering creativity, confidence, and meaningful self-expression.

Rachel Panay is a vocalist, pianist, songwriter, arranger, and educator whose work reflects a life immersed in music across performance, recording, and teaching. A graduate of Duke Ellington School of the Arts and Berklee College of Music, she has developed a multifaceted career spanning dance/electronic music and jazz, with influences ranging from pop/R&B; to disco, soulful…

Native to Elk Grove Village, Illinois, Matt Jarosch is one of the most in-demand trombonists in the Chicagoland area. As a recent graduate of DePaul University, he studied under Thomas Matta, Tim Coffman, and Charles Vernon (Chicago Symphony Orchestra). In his time at college, he received a bachelor's degree in Jazz Studies and a minor in Mathematics.

Hello! I'm Ryan W. Tedder, originally from Tulsa, OK, and now based in Chicago, IL, where I've lived for over a decade. My musical journey began at a young age, inspired by my uncle, a Grammy-winning classical bassoonist. He gifted me a clarinet, sparking my lifelong passion for music.
