Danae Greenfield is a pianist born and raised in Seattle, Washington. As a mere 18-month-old, her tiny, untrained fingers tapped out sounds and patterns on the battery-operated, single octave toy keyboard given to her by her parents. Playing this color-coded keyboard marked the start of Danae’s pursuit of music.

As a multi-instrumentalist, I bring a broad musical perspective to my teaching. My goal is to help students not only learn how to play their instrument, but also develop a deeper understanding of the music they are passionate about.
