In this practical, beginner-friendly session, we’ll break down the real first steps to starting an acting career. We’ll cover what professional headshots are (and when you’re ready for them), how representation works, where to find legitimate auditions, common industry scams to avoid, and what professional audition etiquette actually looks like.
This class is designed to replace confusion with clarity. Whether you're a teen just getting curious, a parent trying to support your child, or an adult exploring acting for the first time, you’ll leave with a realistic roadmap and clear next steps.

By the end of this session, students will:
-Understand the foundational steps to starting an acting career
-Know when they are (and are not) ready for professional headshots and agents
-Be able to identify legitimate audition platforms and red flags for scams

-Leave with 2–3 clear next steps tailored to their stage of development
