Join this free 60 minute workshop where we will explore Fraktur, a beautiful historical style of lettering. You will learn the basics of how the letters are formed and how composition works to create balanced and elegant designs.
During the workshop, students will create their own bookmark using Fraktur lettering. This small project will help you practice the style while making something beautiful you can keep or gift.
This session is perfect for beginners or anyone curious about calligraphy. At the end of the workshop, I will also share information about upcoming lessons for those who would like to continue learning.
Materials:
• Any clear white paper
• Pencil (graphite or colored)
• Ruler
• Eraser
• Parallel pens (if you have them)
No prior experience is needed. Just bring curiosity and enjoy the process of writing beautiful letters.
