From Theory To Songwriting
About From Theory To Songwriting
Are you writing songs, but wanting to get out of the same old formulaic way of composing? Have you ever wondered how you can apply music theory to develop your creativity? Have you ever wondered how music theory even works at a basic level?
In this class, you'll discover how to take tired, overused chord progressions and create exciting and unique song forms. Instead of sounding like everyone else, you'll be writing songs that hit people on a deeply emotional level.
ASCAP award-winning songwriter Christopher Maloney will show you composing strategies for building exciting and interesting chord progressions that will help take your songwriting to the next level.
